The world’s largest walleye

What’s the world record walleye?

According to statistics and research, in some ways there are those who have a bit of indifference about the world’s largest walleye. However, according to sources that are recorded via the Internet, the world’s largest walleye ever caught was 42 inches long and weighed in at a whopping twenty five pounds. The big walleye was to have been caught in Washington. This is no surprise considering that walleye love the cooler temperatures of the water and the climate as well. There are also better feeding territories for the walleye and this is also how it is speculated that the walleye get so large. Others disagree and simply state that the walleye get so large the farther north an individual gets, because they are harder to catch. And still, there are those who claim that the true fish anglers simply throw the walleye back, and this obviously allows them to grow to sizes that are much larger than other species of fish in the same area. There are several web sites that list a variety of different areas where walleye has been essentially caught. And, in some of these areas the larger walleyes are recorded for that area. It is often kept on record for those fish anglers who are attempting to catch the “big one” that simply got away from someone else. Web sites via the Internet also give information about the world’s largest walleye caught as well. The world’s largest on record so far was caught in 1999. However, when the facts are placed with others, some of the details don’t match up, although it is pretty sufficient evidence as to the truth of where and when the world’s largest walleye was caught and the length as well as weight was recorded.
