Do you have any good recipies for cooking walleye?

I have some good recipes for cooking walleye. One is baked, one is camp styled and one is grilled. Baked walleye is my favorite. Ingredients 2 pounds walleye fillets 1/3 cup chopped green onion 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced about 1 cup 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper 1 teaspoon marjoram 2 tablespoons dry white wine 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/4 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs 1/2 cup butter 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Preheat oven to 400. Butter your baking dish and sprinkle the onions and mushrooms at the bottom of the dish, and place walleye in the baking dish. Now take you salt, pepper and marjoram and sprinkle over the walleye. Then sprinkle the breadcrumbs, cheese, lemon juice and wine on top of that. Then dribble melted butter over the breadcrumbs. Place in the oven for four minutes and then remove from oven. Place a piece of tin foil over the top very loosely do not steal it to the baking dish and bake for an additional seven minutes. If you are camping and want to cook the walleye, place walleye fillets into aluminum foil, add butter, salt-and-pepper and lemon juice. Seal the aluminum foil and place on the grill for 10 to 15 minutes. This recipe is delicious. Some variations to the camp styled walleye is to add two tablespoons horseradish, two teaspoons fresh dill, one teaspoon seasoned salt, 1 cup herb and garlic and one teaspoon lemon pepper. This makes a great tasting walleye fillet.
